Baby Swimming Pool

For the youngest we have a baby swimming pool with different levels where your child can safely learn to swim. Our large swimming pool (10 x 4 m) is meant for more experienced swimmers.

Tennis Court

At the tennis court of Vila do Ouro your child can practice tennis. Playing tennis and rackets are free.

Baby Cots and High Chairs

Travelling with babies requires extra preparations. We provide baby cots and high chairs on request; please let us know when booking.

Day Trips for the Children

  • Boat trips: From the marina in Vilamoura, Albufeira and Lagos there are several companies and local fishermen who offer boat trips from 1 hour – a day.

The Beaches

The Algarve has plenty of beautiful beaches where your children can swim safely. There are sandy beaches and rocky ones, but every beach has it is own charm and beautiful scenery. About 15 minutes away you will find 2 child safe beaches: Praia Sao Rafael and Praia de Galé. Every beach has its own restaurant where you can find simple but lovely Portuguese food. Nanny Service

Would you like to go out without the little ones? No problem! Vila do Ouro has a nanny service for the evenings (after 19.00). The nanny will come and stay in your apartment/bungalow s with your child(ren) while you are enjoying a night out.
